He has an established background of working with major Global FMCG brands, managing teams and projects in key business functions such as product development, capital expenditure, 3rd party or co-manufacturing, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions across ANZ, Asia Pacific, USA and Europe.

Luke started in recruitment in 2003 and as a Director and Owner of Talent Focus (known as Technical Focus then) and has always placed emphasis on providing high-calibre, qualified and suitable candidates who fit in with current teams and the business culture of the supply chain. The foundations of his career include executive positions within the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Manufacturing industries as well as leading teams as a Business Unit Manager for personal care and automotive products in one of the largest contract manufacturers in Australia.
