Chloe joined the Talent Focus team to strengthen her knowledge and skill within the recruitment industry, especially where it delves into psychological processes.
As a Research Coordinator, She provides support to the recruiters by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting reference checks, writing jobs ads, and assisting with interviews.
Chloe brings a ‘Customer Service’ focus to her work, which has been mastered over nearly 10 years in the customer service and retail industry.

Chloe contributes both academic and customer service expertise to the Talent Focus team, which she uses to assist recruiters in exceeding client expectations in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Psychometric Testing
Chloe has a background in psychology, and is currently completing a Masters of Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University. Chloe is accredited to administer various Hogan Personality Assessments. In partnership with Peter Berry Consulting, Talent Focus is able to provide a wide range of personality, ability, judgement, and reasoning assessments, based within the Hogan brand domain.
